Dr.’s Russell and Barbara Plilar have served in ministry for over 20 years. They are called to an Apostolic and Prophetic ministry within the local church and globally with a mandate to build up the body of Christ locally and raise up new churches and bible schools throughout Europe where the Apostle Paul traveled. Their passionate desire is to encounter God; not just to learn about Him, but to experience His presence.
The couple doesn’t want to just preach about God but wants to demonstrate His very nature.
They teach on applying the uncompromised Word of God that develops, strengthens, and builds the faith needed for every circumstance and situation. The Plilars believe that God wants the very best for YOU and preach a message of divine success and victory in all aspects of your life ~ spiritually, physically, socially and financially. They teach people to plant seed, reap a harvest, and to reach the unreached at any cost because each soul is one that Christ died for and is precious to God.
